fix: 修复 Vercel 部署路径和依赖问题

- 添加 express 依赖到 package.json
- 使用动态 import 加载构建后的模块
- 简化 vercel.json 配置，让 Vercel 自动处理构建
- 添加错误处理和日志输出
- 修复模块路径引用问题
